Vanderhouwen, a staffing and recruiting firm, needed a modern, efficient website to replace their outdated WPBakery-built platform. They required seamless job board integration, improved data management, and a custom job alert system to reduce reliance on third-party services.
Our Approach
IronGlove Studio® developed a website from scratch. We completely rebuilt an old custom plugin that handles all data flowing into a proprietary CRM as well as manages job data aggregation to LinkedIn, Indeed, and Google. We also created a custom job alerts application using Laravel and hooked the data points to the main website for seamless integration with job seekers.
The Results
The new website provides Vanderhouwen with a mobile-friendly, fully customized platform that allows for daily updates by site admins. The custom plugin enhances their ability to manage job postings across multiple platforms efficiently. With the new job alerts application, Vanderhouwen no longer relies on MailChimp for job alerts, risking higher costs. Instead, they now have a web console to track and manage job seeker interests, providing a more personalized and responsive service to their clients and candidates.
